Today was my second race, where I did not so bad result, I beat my last time for one minute. The cross sountry is one of the popular sport in the USA. But not everybody can run so far, the season very short, but have very intensive practise. Every day except Friday we have practise in the morning and then practise afternoon, on Thursday and Friday we have recover day. It is mean that we should prepare to meet, that held every Saturday in the August, September and October. I have never run so mush. I remember my first week of practise, it was terribly, I felt very bad after cross country. The maximum distance on the practise 10 mile, but mostly I hate run 10 and 12 loops in the stadium to the time:) Twice in the morning we have lifting, maybe I become stronger). The first I had some idea to change sport, but then I understood, that I met with very nice guys and they are very funny.
My time of first race was 19:35 sec. and my place 31 of 200 people, I think it is not so bad, because I have never run and it was first race. It was really very hard run after second mile, you dreamed about finish every second and you don’t have any energy and power to run, but you continue run.

It was first race and I was nervous so I did somw mistake, in the start I run very very fust and maybe 200 metres I probably was first
Then I didn’t have any power to run and people started outstrip me
When I was so close to finish I felt very bad
Anyway it was good day to our team and our varsity group won the first race and GV group took second place
Today was good race and I was running I felt not so bad, than on my first race. My time was 18:25 and my place is 39 I think more than 200 people. I can say that I really tried run fust and that I did not bad job.

I forgot write about team diiner on Friday, when we every week eat pasta on Friday, turn out it is very useful for our health and we schould bring 3 dollars
